This film takes us on a scientific and thought provoking journey with scientists that has dedicated their whole lives to the hunt for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. It's a story about SETI Institutes search for a signal from another intelligent civilization and Douglas Vakoch at METI International who suddenly takes on the controversial task to send out signals from earth to potential habitable planets. The story reflects back on us as earthlings and expands our view and imagination. The documentary has been following this story and characters since 2014.
